Security Design and technical advisory
We analyze requirements and develop feasibility studies and project designs, defining the technical and implementation components of security technology solutions, including the necessary technical documentation and coordination with contractors and installation providers.
Project & Quality Management
We manage projects and provide expertise for construction supervision across corporate and industrial environments. We support testing and commissioning activities to verify quality requirements and compliance with contractual obligations established for suppliers.
Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory
We support the selection and qualification of technology manufacturers and service providers. We define technical and commercial specifications for project delivery and prepare the related RFI, RFP and tender documentation.
Safety management
We provide qualified safety management professionals responsible for construction site safety (Site Manager, Safety Coordinator for Design and Execution), in accordance with applicable regulations. We develop and maintain Safety and Coordination Plans, ensuring their continuous update and alignment with project requirements.
